Cold Steel 17TZ Kobun, Black, One Size

The Kobun is a lightweight boot knife styled after the traditional tanto. Its name derives from the Japanese underworld, where "Kobun" means "soldier," fitting for a knife designed to perform as dutifully as its namesake. Resembling the classic tanto in profile but with a slimmer blade, its primary function as a lightweight boot knife is enhanced by the tanto-style reinforced point. This contrasts sharply with many other boot knives notorious for fragile, thin points prone to bending or breaking.
